Day 6 of Sar's 15 Day Challenge is upon us, and the prompt is: What's something you've always wanted to do but haven't? Why not?
I've always wanted to go and travel Europe.

And why haven't I embarked on this journey? For several reasons.
[1] It's expensive to take the kind of country-hopping-trip I want to take.
[2] A country-hopping trip of this magnitude would require lots of time off of work.
[3] This avacado-sized baby (that I've heard turns into a real, human baby) in my tummy puts any plans for an extended European adventure on serious delay.
Someday, I hope this trip will happen - even if it's after our kids are grown and we are retired. I'm keeping my fingers (and toes) crossed.
Take Luck,
LP
Aww, I hope you do get to go! I'd like to travel to Asia myself--mainly China and Southeast Asia, and I know once you have babies that makes things way more complicated. I hope that my husband and I will be able to take a trip first, but if not, that'll still be okay! We'll see!

ReplyDeleteI'm also keeping my fingers & toes crossed for you! (although, baby P is gonna be WAY cooler than any trip to Europe. I just have a feeling. hehe)
ReplyDeleteIt'll happen, Lauren...even if, like you said, it's way down the road. =)
ReplyDeleteHave a great Saturday!
